KING IN EPITAPH

The time has come

To beat it...

Before noon

Cantina serves

White coffee

Subconscious ebbing

Tickles me

Down, by the pear tree

I'm carving epitaph

On the guitar

Around the stump

Swarm of flies,

Ax and a chicken

Head

Inside the cabin

Stumbling

Boom!

Doors open

From semidarkness peeks

Fuzzy snout

Looking at me

Twisting lips

Devils are lazy

Drought's in charge

In his hand is grass

Offing makes him relaxed

All's fine, he says

Offing rocks me

Bravely I swim with him

And I don't

Turn around

Naivete is, as the saying goes

A trait of the weak

Don't help the

Drowning ones

Bodhisattva dozing

In the shades

In the shallows

Melons

Plash

On the beach

Anarchy

Planetary economy

Reduced to

Puffing smokes

Lying there

Costumeless

Sand is peeling off

Wind breathes

In the distance

Seagulls circle

Fishes winding

Tide is coming

Spangles move

Cuffs glare

Ring among the strings

He would not sing

Just play

Speechless

Takes off the boots

Dust is soft

Sweat drops

Arcturus blinks

My darling

Is far away

I have no peace

Cloud on the mast

At dusk

Lobsters surface

With red wine

Dinner but no hunger

Rouge on a

Glass

Pincers snap

Sleeveless arms

Fleshless

Fingers

Earrings on a serviette

Meal without tie

In the lower deck

Dream

Sleeps

Starved-Dragon

Brought out in the

Setting Sun

His eyes glimmering with tears

His gentle lungs

Fizzling

They teach him to

Swim

He dabbles in the

Lagoon

His fetters heavy

Ribs scarring the

Sand

Star-fish scram

Bloated sea

Full with milk

And stomach spleen

Seaweed

Croons

Sunken eyes

Into pits

Cry

And, already, from distance

Arrive baby

Sperm-whales

One is a white

Whale

Followed by a burrow of

Limitless sea

He will get drunk

With the

Reef sounds

He will saturate

His tears with

Salt

They will put him back to

Dream

Below the deck

Among spears and

Swords

The Old Dragon

Whales' youth

Scratches boat's

Side

Other whales

Intertwine and

Click

Who is to understand

Their games?

Open sea and

Fish

Cards are on the table

Golden cage

Very nice

Cage

Libido inside the canary

Longs for freedom

Would ride the storm

But dares not

Song had run away

Only feathers are left behind

Beak broken against the

Lock

Undress!

Lets talk

You bearded-man

Drink to the bottom!

Let Moby-Dick

Chase

Sharks

As for Freud

He too knew

Death is

The only option

All dragons and

Peacocks

Sports types

In sneakers

Pics in

Albums

Graveyards in drawers

Tree by the garage

Cat on leash

Mouse in test-tube

Parking ticket

Paid with history

Empty your pockets

Forbidden

Things

Repair your teeth

Change fillings

Dance on the

Corpses

Limbs like bullets

Align in your

Jaws

And again...

Frown

Hung on the ceiling

While the painter

Circumcises you

In victory

Beyond death

Await the sages

You wouldn't

But I would

Step on it
